What are the materials for container decoration?

1. Channel steel: 5X10 channel steel. The channel steel is used to weld the main crossbeams around the top and bottom sides of the container, similar to the ring beams used when building a house.

2. Columns: The thickness of the columns in the container house should be no less than 1mm. These columns cannot be made by oneself; they need to be formed by equipment. There are ready-made ones available on the market. Channel steel and columns form the framework of the entire container house and play a supporting role. They play a decisive role in the sturdiness of the house.

The bottom of the container is connected by square tubes, which further enhances the stability of the main structure of the container.

3. Corrugated Board: Corrugated board is made by pressing thin steel plates. It needs to be purchased. The thickness of corrugated board available on the market is 0.6mm. There are two types of materials: black iron and galvanized sheet.

4. Floor: This is placed on the secondary crossbeam at the bottom of the container. In the future, people can directly step on it.

5. Rock wool insulation layer: The rock wool insulation layer is placed in the middle of the wall, which can reduce heat exchange and improve the insulation and heat preservation performance. It must have fire resistance properties. It can also be made of rock wool color steel plates with two layers of iron sheets on both sides.

6. Windows and Doors: The windows and doors are usually made of plastic-steel. If you have the budget, you can also install energy-saving aluminum-framed windows.
